Mr. Vanderpool's primary focus is on real estate law where he represents buyers, sellers and lenders in the purchase, sale and financing of residential real estate. The legal services he provides clients of the Firm include title examination, preparation of title insurance, clearing title exceptions and resolving landlord-tenant issues.
His knowledge of business law enables Mr. Vanderpool to address general corporate matters including, but not limited to, formation and dissolution of business entities, asset and stock purchases, drafting corporate documents and perfection of security interests.
Mr. Vanderpool also serves the Firm's municipal clients and has assisted local municipalities regarding the bidding process for public contracts and Freedom of Information Law matters.
Mr. Vanderpool graduated Cum Laude from St. John Fisher College and is a Cum Laude graduate of Syracuse University College of Law, where he was an Associate Editor for Impunity Watch and a Research Assistant for the Burton Blatt Institute and the Institute on National Security and Counterterrorism.
