Mr. Nackley's primary focus is on real estate law where he represents buyers, sellers and lenders in the purchase, sale and financing of residential real estate. The legal services he provides clients of The Wladis Law Firm include title examination, preparation of title insurance, clearing title exceptions and resolving landlord-tenant issues.
His extensive knowledge of business law enables Mr. Nackley to address general corporate matters including, but not limited to, formation and dissolution of business entities, drafting corporate documents and perfection of security interests. Additionally he can assist clients in preparing application materials to obtain WMBE contractor status.
Mr. Nackley also serves the Firm's municipal clients and has assisted a local municipality in regaining its credit rating with Moody's Investors and Fitch Service Ratings.
Mr. Nackley graduated Summa Cum Laude from LeMoyne College, where he was a member of the Syracuse Area Psi Chi psychology honor society and an Americorps volunteer. He is a Cum Laude graduate of Syracuse University College of Law, where he was the Assistant Editor of the Syracuse Science and Technology Law Reporter and authored a law review article for that publication. He earned distinction as a Chancellor's Scholar, a Boland Scholarship recipient and a member of the Corporate Law Society.
Mr. Nackley is a member of the Justinian Society. His community involvement includes serving on the Board of Trustees of the St. Camillus Foundation and the Board of Directors of Syracuse City School District Education Foundation, Inc.
