Ms. Granzow's primary focus is in the area of municipal law, with a concentration in grant and funding procurement. Her practice includes municipal issues, grant writing, appropriations and economic development. She has counseled municipal clients with respect to large scale commercial and residential developments and has experience with eminent domain proceedings, public bidding requirements, Freedom of Information Law issues, the State Environmental Quality Review Act and related environmental law matters, as well as various aspects of public finance. Ms. Granzow has worked extensively with municipal and private clients with respect to helping them achieve their development objectives with the use of grants, appropriations, legislative initiatives, and other state and federal funding vehicles. Prior to joining the Wladis Law Firm, Ms. Granzow was employed by Pyramid management Group, Inc., one of the premier shopping center developers and managers in the northeast. While at Pyramid, she focused on commercial real estate and municipal law issues. Ms. Granzow participated in "Right to Build" projects for various shopping centers, obtaining governmental approvals for building and expansion projects, ensuring zoning, variance and code compliance, assessing environmental issues, and identifying and addressing permitting issues. Ms. Granzow's experience also includes extensive work in easements, land use and funding procurement with municipal and private entities in Upstate New York.

Ms. Granzow obtained her B.S. from St. Lawrence University and her J.D. from Syracuse University College of Law. She is admitted to practice before the Courts of the State of New York and the United States District Court for the Northern District of New York. Her community involvement includes prior service on the Board of Directors of the Huntington Family Centers.
